Welcome to Lake Harney Estates Association
We are a community-based volunteer organization dedicated to maintaining the roads and ditches connecting the homes in our beautiful Geneva, Florida neighborhood. Our Board of Directors oversees the allocation of homeowner contributions towards essential repairs and grading of the dirt roads, as well as culvert repair and drainage improvements. We welcome all residents to lend their efforts, resources, and time to enhancing the access roads that serve our cherished community.
The annual Board meeting was held on October 9th, 2024 at the Geneva Community Center at 6:30pm
We have recently approved an allocation of $10,000 from our pooled emergency fund to rebuild sections of our community roads in the wake of hurricane Milton. This will be an ongoing project over the next few months to bring mixed material to rebuild the washed-out areas and reinforce the sandy parts with hardy material.
